Bob was born in Gettysburg, VA, on August 1, 1957 to George Ellis and the late Dorothy Shetter-Ellis.
Bob is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Deborah J Ellis, his children; Stacey (Christopher) Moore, Kim (Sheryl) Pickett Jr, and William (Michele) Pickett Sr., his
11 grandchildren, and his 3 great grandchildren.
Bob will be remembered for his love of watching Eagles football with his family. He was a longtime fisherman & he loved the horse track on opening day.
Bob worked for the Peter Young Altamont Program, Inc as a custodian for NYSID for 10 years.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, Colonie Chapel, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, from 4:00pm-7:00pm with a service to immediately follow.
