Robert F. Bradt

TROY - Robert F. Bradt, 75, of Troy, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2005 at his residence after a long illness. He was born in Albany and is the son of Estelle Bradt Galvin of Colonie and the late Robert F. Bradt . He was predeceased by a son, Robert F. Bradt Jr and his sister, Doris Barber.
Bob was a truck driver with Interstate Motor Freight Systems for 35 years, retiring several years ago. He was the longtime member of Local 294.
Bob is the longtime companion of Sandra Comeau. He is the father of Gary Bradt of Texas, Dennis Bradt of East Greenbush and Robert Bradt of Cobleskill. He is the brother of Jerry Bradt of Colonie and John Bradt of Kansas City. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday evening at 7:30 at NewComer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will be Tuesday from 5 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be held on Wednesday at Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.
