Robert Georgeanthony Coffin, Iii

ALBANY – Robert George Anthony Coffin, III, passed away from a progressive illness on Saturday, September 4, 2010. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Robert and Mugette Coffin, II. Robert was a U.S. Army veteran serving from 1966 through 1968. He is the loving father of Jeffrey, Brenda, Robert Jr., Kimberly, Charles, and Gregory. Robert is the brother of Shiela Coffin, John Coffin, Jr., Patricia Washington, Torrence Coffin, Clarence Coffin, Sr., Daniel Coffin, Sr., Mary Harris, Michael Coffin, Josette Coffin and the late Anthony, Gregory and Phillip Coffin. Also surviving are many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). A calling hour will precede the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
