Loudonville - Friday the world lost a gentle giant. Robert was a quiet gentle man who so loved his faith, his family, his friends and animals. He graduated from SUNY Albany with a BA in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. Worked for 20 years for Fleet Bank/Bank of America and for the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. He loved solving mathematical problems, figuring out computer programs and languages and tutoring his family and friends children in math. He so loved his dog, Zackary and they could always been seen on the weekends on long walks and watching the trains go by and going to the movies and batting cages with his family. He overcame so many obstacles throughout his life without complaining. He was a very happy person and an infectious laugh especially remembering childhood stories and always with a positive outlook on life. You could never keep him down. He loved the holidays and delighted in making Christmas cookies for family and friends. He loved playing darts with his friends from NYS DMV and doing things with the friends he made while working at Bank of America. Those friendships were very precious to him.
Robert was predeceased by his parents, Ann M. (Westervelt) Graham and Walter R. Graham of Loudonville, NY. He is survived by his brothers Richard W. Graham (Debra), Charles Graham (Cindy Hammond), Sisters Elizabeth Graham Weis (Bernard), and Laura Malatesta (Andre), Nephews Richard Graham, David Malatesta (Amanda Simpson), and Christopher Malatesta (Laura), Bernie (Sharon) Weis, Joe Weis, Andrew Weis and Niece Marie Graham.
