Robert H. Jackson, Jr.

Albany- Robert H. Jackson Jr. was born August 11, 1945 and departed this life on April 23, 2017. Robert was born in Albany, NY to the late Robert H. Jackson Sr. and the late Agnes M. Holland Jackson. Robert was affectionately known as Robby and loved by many. He leaves to cherish his memory three children, Douglas Jackson of Schenectady NY, Rochelle {Paul} Minor of Henderson NC and Jermaine Jackson of Schenectady NY. Two brothers, Maurice Jackson of Albany NY and Raymond Jackson of Mississippi, three grandchildren, Jamesha, Kyana and Dominique Minor. He also leaves to cherish his memory his former wife Gayle Jackson of Schenectady, NY and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and a very special friend Luther Dorsey. In addition to his parents, Robert was predeceased by his sister Rhonda Irving and one brother Matthew Jackson. Visitation will be from 10am to 12 pm on Thursday 4/27 at Lord House of Deliverance Baptist Church, 153 Jay St. Albany. Service will be at 12 pm. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
