Robert R. Wyman, Jr.

Ballston Lake- Robert R. Wyman Jr., 65 of Ballston Lake, NY passed away peacefully on 3/2/17. Born in San Mateo, CA., Bob was the son of the late Robert and Roberta Wyman.

Bob was a graduate of Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, WV where he obtained a bachelors degree in business administration and economics. Bob was an avid swimmer and broke many records at Shaker High School and continued on to be a vital member of the swim team at Alderson Broaddus.

Bob retired as a driver for CDTA in 2016 after 14 years and enjoyed spending his time riding his Harley, having get togethers with his CDTA buddies, and spending his summers up at Fern Lake. He was the definition of a true fan of the Yankees, Celtics and Giants franchises.

Bob was happily married to his loving bride Sandee for 38 years. He was predeceased by his sister, Sue Stammel and nephew Chris Stammel. He is survived by his beloved children, Rob (Elizabeth) Wyman III, Amanda Wyman (David Gray) and his "step grandchildren", David Gray, Jr. and Michelle Gray. Additionally he leaves behind his two favorite canine girls, Lizzie and Lilly and his grand dog, Phoenix. He also leaves behind several brother-in-laws and their spouses as well as countless adored nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 4pm-7pm at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY. A funeral service will follow at 7pm at the funeral home.
