ALBANY – Robert "Bobby" J. Zeoli, 38, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2009.
Bobby was born on December 7, 1970 in Albany and is the beloved son of Charles V. and Nancy E. (Severino) Zeoli, Sr. of Colonie. He was a graduate of Albany High School and graduated magna cum laude from JCA. He worked part-time as a driver for Danker Florist and prior to that he worked side by side with his father at Albany County Limousine Service- a business his father owned and operated.
Bobby volunteered with SPARC and NA where he spoke to local inmates and at community meetings for those recovering from drugs and alcohol. He loved helping others, was an avid car lover - especially Mercedes Benz, music – especially Genesis and Phil Collins, and loved cats, especially his beloved late cat, Pookie.
In addition to his parents, Bobby is survived by his loving companion, Megan Adams of Albany; his loving sister, Lisa Ciota Zeoli and her companion, Steve Fitch of Niskayuna; his loving brother, Charles V. Zeoli Jr. and his wife, Kim of Ravena; his cherished nephews and niece, Karl and Kyle LaWare, Jenna-Lee Ciota and Conner and Chad Zeoli and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Margaret and Angelo Zeoli, Sr. and Ruth and Charles Severino, Sr.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at St. Agnes Cemetery in Menands.
