Ronald Ames, 59, passed away on September 22, 2023 at Ellis Hospital.
He was born in Albany to the late Carolyn Mertz. Ron worked at St. Catherine's Center for Children in Albany. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was loved by a lot of people.
Ron is survived by his wife Kimberly, daughters Erica Maryea, Barbara Ames, Danielle Ames and Sierra Ames, grandchildren Isiah Ames, Bervonais Donley, Sah'niyah Cade and Sha'nielle Cade.
A visitation will be held on Monday October 2nd from 5pm-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd Colonie.
