PETERSBURG - Ronald Blackman, 66, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023. He was the son of the late Edward W. and Lillian (Brown) Blackman.
Ronald is survived by his siblings, Edward (Cathy) Blackman, Dennis (Susan) Blackman, Richard (Chris) Blackman, and Karen (Pat) Batchelder; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Daniel Blackman.
