Ronald E. Ferrara

Ronald E. Ferrara, 64, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Apr 17, 2013 at Stratton VA Medical Center. He was born in Schenectady, to the late Charles and Josephine Ferrara. Ronald proudly served in the United States Army Airborne Paratroopers during the Vietnam War. Ronald loved riding his motorcycle, listening to music, fishing and going out to eat. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother Richard J. Ferrara.
He is survived by his Brothers, Charles "Sonny" (Sue) and Robert Ferrara; and his children, Lynette, Gregory and Natalie.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Stratton's Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 113 Holland Ave. Albany, NY 12208 in Ronald's memory.
There will be a memorial graveside service for Ronald on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 12 pm at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Schenectady.
