HUDSON, FL-Ronald P. Lochner, Sr., 74 passed away following an illness on Tuesday, July 29, 2014. He was born on September 21, 1939, the son of the late Henry and Mary Lochner.
Ron was predeceased by his first wife Patricia Wilber, his brother Bobby Lochner and his step son Darren Warnken.
Ron worked for Freihoffer Bakery for 42 years before retiring. He was an avid golfer, belonging to Western Turnpike Golf Course. He also was a life time member of the 49er Elks Club. He went to Florida in 2007, were he enjoyed golfing and bowling with his good friend Carmen Pestuglicci.
He leaves to mourn his beloved wife of 25 years Patricia Palmatier; his four children Cheryl Lochner (David), Ronald, Jr. (Lori Jean), Marc (Stephanie), Lori Alejandro (Jose); his step children Ronald Warnken, Tammy Warnken, Susan Wesley, Eugene Warnken and Gary Warnken (Susan). He also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 14 step grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren.
I would like to thank Ron's daughter Lori for helping her father and I, for the love and support during the last weeks of his life. A special thanks to my son Eugene and my daughter in law Ana Warnken. Many thanks to Gulfside Hospice in Hudson, Florida.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at Blessed Sacrament Church, 609 Central Ave. Albany. A prayer service will be held at 9:30 AM at the funeral home prior to the Mass.
Interment will be at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
