She loved taking long car rides in the countryside, stopping to enjoy a meal, and bringing home a bushel of produce from her favorite farm in Schoharie. She loved nature and enjoyed visiting Coastal Maine, where she spent time bird-watching and relaxing by the ocean. Her pet doves were a great source of delight and companionship.
She enjoyed gardening and painting and was a skilled seamstress. Rosalie loved listening to live music, especially jazz. She was an avid reader and life-long learner. In her younger days, she was a volunteer at the Schenectady Museum and Girl Scout troop leader at Sunnyview Hospital. Rosalie was a devoted caregiver and will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
