Albany- Rose Salerno, 81, passed away peacefully at home on April, 8, 2018. Born on December 20, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Virginia (Ragusa) Natale. She is also predeceased by her husband, Neil Salerno, her son, Anthony Salerno, her brother, Vincent Natale, and her granddaughter, Ashley Rose.
She is survived by her children: Virginia (Chris) Sanchez, JoAnn (Jim) Walsh, Patricia (Will) White, Rina (Linda) Salerno, Neil Salerno and Michael (Donna) Salerno; her brother, Joseph (Georgianna) Natale; her beloved grandchildren: John, Regina, Keri Rose, Tony, Trisha, Storm, Allie and Anthony; her great-grandchildren: Nate, Carmine, Ellie, Anthony, Robbie and Emma Rose; her longtime companion Gardner Becker; her sister-in-law, Marge Natale; her niece, Debbie Natale; her nephew, Vinnie Natale; her cousins, Lena and Frank Ragusa. She will also be missed by her faithful canine companion, Emma.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to Carolyn and Teresa from Community Hospice for their loving care and friendship.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Church, 21 Main Street, Ravena at 10 am on Tuesday, April 17. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Angels.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the, Community Hospice, 310 S Manning Blvd, Albany, NY 12208.
