Rosemarie Neville

Our dear daughter and sibling Rosemary Anne Neville (Rosie) died peacefully in her sleep on May 11, 2023 while residing in the Community Hospice Unit of St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. She fought a courageous battle with cancer for over 2 1/2 years. She was 67 years old.

Rosie spent most of her time with her best friend, Karl Burns of Albany, shopping together, stopping for lunch or coffee and enjoying each other's company.

Many years ago Rosie and Karl moved to Florida where they shared an apartment near the ocean.
She loved going to the beach and when she was younger she would go to the beaches on Long Island near her grandmother's house, and she enjoyed camping and hiking in the Adirondacks.

Rosie grew up in Schenectady, graduated from Linton High School and took courses at Albany Junior College. Her brother, Roy, and sister, Cathy, were companions to the end. Her father, Roy Neville, lives in Schenectady.
