Schenectady - RoseMarie Ross, 77, loving wife of the late Vincent J. Ross entered into eternal life suddenly and peacefully in her sleep on august 9, 2021 at home surrounded by family.
She was born on September 28, 1943 Schenectady, New York to the late (Raymond A Tricozzi and Lydia (Vandenburgh) Tricozzi).
Along with her many wonderful qualities, RoseMarie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, caretaker, friend and long standing member of St Madeline Sophie Roman Catholic Church.
She worked as a teacher's aide at Farnsworth Middle School and retired after 27 years of service.
She enjoyed her daily phone conversations throughout her circle of family and friends, loved baking for the holidays, sharing recipes, helping others and preparing Sunday dinner for her family. Also a talented seamstress, Rosemarie was a NY Mets fan letting you know if they won or lost and enjoyed on occasion visiting casinos for her favorite "free play" slot machine.
RoseMarie is survived by her loving children Louis R. Ross; Teri-Ann (Ross) Whitbeck and husband Charles; grandson, Anthony Whitbeck; great grandson, Benjamin; Brother, Raymond Tricozzi and his wife Joanne Tricozzi; sisters- in- law, Anna Louise Ross; Eleanor Tricozzi and Barbara Tricozzi. She is also survived by many special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends all dear to her including a very special hairdresser.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Vincent J. Ross; infant grandson, Colan J. Whitbeck; brothers, Vincent Tricozzi and Frank Tricozzi
