Rudolph Robert Valentino, 89, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 1, 2017.
Rudolph was the son of the late Dominick and Esperanza Valentino.
Rudolph was the devoted husband of over 69 years, to Antoinette J. Valentino.
He worked for GE R&D for over 30 years.
He was a communicant of St. Adalbert's with his wife Antoinette for many years.
Rudolph enjoyed gatherings with his family, he was an avid golfer and loved coaching and watching baseball.
In addition to his parents, Rudolph was predeceased by his daughter, Laurie Powers and seven siblings.
Rudolph was the devoted father of his three sons, Dominick (Kim) Valentino; David (Lynn) Valentino and James Valentino. He is the proud grandfather of Tiera Powers and Sofia D'Agostino. He is also survived by his son-in-law, James Powers.
Funeral services will be private. Burial will be at Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Ave., Albany, NY 12208 in Rudolph's memory.
