Ruth C. Malone

COLONIE – Ruth Carolyn Malone, 73, passed away on Wednesday July 20, 2005 after a long illness.
Ruth was born on August 12, 1931 in Albany and was the daughter of the late George Ralph and Carolyn M. Herbage Morford. She worked as a bookkeeper for Capital Buick in Albany. She was an avid gardener, reader, and knitter. She was very neighborly and enjoyed helping others.
Ruth is survived by her husband of 52 years, Harry F. Malone; her daughter, Sharon Malone Levine of Ballston Spa; and her four grandchildren, Lee, Lauren, Robert, and John.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 12 Noon at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home 343 New Karner Road, Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Interment will follow at Greenbush Cemetery in Rensselaer. Calling hours will be held Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
