Ruth E. Marrello

ALBANY - Ruth E. Marrello, 69, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy.
Ruth was born on January 22, 1941 in Albany and is the daughter of Harold J. Clark and the late Dorothy M. (Tyrell) Clark. She worked as a statistical clerk for the NYS Dept. of Health for over 10 years before retiring in 2000. She enjoyed traveling and going to casinos and bingo with her friends.
In addition to her father, Ruth is survived by her loving children, Josie Wales (Kevin) and Mario Marrello (Sarah); her sister, Laurie Law (Don); her cherished grandchildren, Angelia Marrello, Eric Wales, Nicholas Marrello, Danielle Wales, Dominick Marrello, and Anthony Marrello; and her nephews, Donald Law, Jr. (Tabitha) and David Law (April).
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
