Ruth Ethelene Sauers, 94, of Schenectady NY, made her heavenly journey on Monday, November 25th, 2013 and was welcomed into the pearly gates of heaven by pre-deceased family with open arms.
Ruth Ethelene Sauers was born February 19th, 1919 in Georgetown, Guyana. She attended the school of Christ Church Anglican. She was a homemaker caring for her children.
Ruth leaves to cherish her memory five sons: Harold, Harry, Neil, James (aka Donald), and the late Robert; four daughters: Joyce, Desiree, Yvonne, Dawn, and the late Evelyn; Thirty Three Grandchildren; Thirty Nine Great Grand Children; One Great Great Grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 30th, 2013 from noon to 4:00 pm and a funeral service on Sunday at 9:00 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie NY, 12205.
