Albany- Ruth B. Trudeau , 93, passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on Sunday, October 22, 2017. Ruth was the daughter of the late Homer and Hazel Tacy, and was the devoted wife to the late Claude E. Trudeau Jr..
Ruth's greatest joy in life was her children and grand & great grand children. She will be deeply missed by her children, William (Claire) Trudeau, James (Nancy) Trudeau, Robert (Phyllis) Trudeau, Diane (Joe) McCall, David (Pam) Trudeau, Eddie (Debbie) Trudeau, Richie (Ann) Trudeau, Nancy (Pete) Mineau, and Carolyn (Vinnie) Ragone, 20 grand children, 24 great grand children, along with other family members and friends.
She worked for many years for Aetna Casualty & Surety Co.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, on Thursday, October 26, 2017 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A funeral service will take place after calling hours at 12:00 pm with the burial to follow at St.Agnes, Menands.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made in Ruth's name to the American Alzheimer's Association at: 4 Pine West Plaza #405, Albany, NY 12205.
