Ryan Andi

Ryan Andi, 18, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 10, 2016 at Boston Children's Hospital, after a long courageous battle with cancer, with his loving family by his side.

Ryan is the son of Tim and Catherine M. Andi.

He graduated from Colonie Central High School, in June 2015, at the top of his class. He was a member of the National Honor Society, he loved participating in Soccer, baseball and track.

Ryan received a full scholarship to study Biomedical engineering at Binghamton University in the fall.

Ryan was predeceased by his grandparents, Anthony (Statia) Andi, Thomas (Marion) Hartnett; his uncle John Andi and his aunt Catherine Hartnett.

In addition to his parents, Ryan is survived by his sister, Shannon Andi. His girlfriend, Jenna Fiacco. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles; Timothy (Catherine) Hartnett, Dennis Hartnett, Thomas Hartnett, Raymond (Deborah) Andi, Robert (Helen) Andi, James (Sandi) Andi, Thomas (Wendy) Andi and a host of close family members and friends.

Calling hours will be held at St. Clare's Catholic Church, 1947 Central Ave, Albany, NY on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 3:00pm to 7:00 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 9:00 am at St. Clare's Catholic Church. Interment will follow the Mass in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
