Sally M.(Chmielewski) Melesky

ALBANY - Sally M. (Chmielewski) Melesky, at rest on April 24, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Frances Xavior and Maryanne (Chmielewski) Meleski. Sally is survived by her sister, Wanda LaHaise; her niece, Sharyn LaHaise and her daughters, Shayna and Tayler LaHaise, also by her niece, Diane Meleski. Sally is also survived by her nephew Woody LaHaise and his children Keely and Liam. Her other nephews are Vincent Meleski, Stephen Danyla and Robert Danyla and their children. She was predeceased by her sisters, Jean Melesky, Florence Daniels, and Adeline Melesky; her brother, Vincent Meleski and her niece, Maureen LaHaise.
Services and burial were held at the convenience of the family at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Colonie.
