Sally Stredny

Albany – Sally Stredny, 54, passed away suddenly on Tuesday May 21, 2013 at her residence. Born in Dallas, PA, she is the daughter of Lois Stredny and the late Michael Stredny.

Sally had an intense interest in life with a devotion to world affairs, history, and entertainment. She graduated as valedictorian of Eastern Nazarene College,1986, and from SUNY Albany in 2010 with a Master's Degree in Information Technology. She was also a passionate member of The Honest Weight Food Co-op. Sally was a true tea aficionado. Sally was also a long time resident of Bozman,MT.

Sally is survived by her sisters Diane Stedny of Albany, NY and Janice DePetris (Michael) of Philadelphia, PA. She is also survived by her brothers Michael Stredny of Fairbanks, AK and Mark Stredny of Dallas, PA.

Memorial calling hours will be held Sunday May 26th from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m.
