COLONIE – Samuel Ferrara, 93, of Colonie, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at the Veteran's Administration Hospital. Samuel was a U.S. Army veteran serving his country during World War II. He was a two time recipient of the Bronze Star. He is the son of the late Angelo and Domenica Ferrara. He is the brother of Paul Ferrara and the late Charles and Angelo Ferrara, Jr., Maria Grim and Elena Severino. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Friday morning from 9:30 to 12:00 at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Interment will follow in the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
