RAGULE, SANDRA T.
VOORHEESVILLE/BRANT LAKE- Sandra T. Ragule, 57, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 7, 2014 surrounded by loving family. Born in Greenwich, NY, she was the daughter of Dorothy B. Thomas and the late Robinson Thomas.
Sandra retired from for New York State Child Nutrition Program as a School Food Program Specialist after over 30 years of service. She enjoyed owning an antique business, St. Teresa's Treasures, in Brant Lake. Over the years, Sandra had been an active member of choral groups and music ministry.
Along with her father, Sandra was predeceased by her sister, Judy Thomas and brother-in-law John T. Ragule.
She will be missed dearly by her husband Edward J. Ragule; daughter Amy R. Ragule; devoted siblings Richard Thomas, Linda Zschoche; In-laws David and Maureen Ragule; dear friend Virginia Traver and several fabulous friends and family members.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 am at St. Matthew's Church, 25 Mountainview Street, Voorheesville. Calling hours will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 on Tuesday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Interment will be in Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery, Glenmont. Memorial contributions may be made to Whiskers Animal Benevolent League, PO Box 11190, Albany, NY 12211 or North Cambridge Stump Church, P.O. Box 265, C/O Rev. Virginia Connell, Victory Mills, NY 12884 in Sandra's name.
