Santo Rosario Famulare

Santo Rosario Famulare, 59, of Alpharetta, GA passed away peacefully on December 1, 2024 after a one year courageous battle with Esophageal cancer. He was born on November 28,1965, in Albany, NY, to the late Santo and Theresa Famulare.

Santo was a 1983 graduate of Shaker High School in Latham, NY. He then graduated from Siena College achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and earned his Master’s degree in Economics from the University at Albany. Santo had a distinguished career as an Investment Advisor, working for Ayco/Goldman Sachs for nearly 27 years. During his time there, Santo held various roles ranging from spearheading the Investment Policy Committee to head of Investment Solutions. He created unique investment products and established a new portfolio business unit that managed over 10 billion in assets on the Goldman Sachs platform. He also published a sophisticated trading system for which he received a copyright in 1992.
