Sarah N. Caulford, 24, passed away on Tuesday March, 19, 2019. She was born on December 5, 1994 to Cheryle Caulford.

Sarah graduated from South Colonie High School and went on to attend Branford Hall Career Institute. Sarah enjoyed her first job at Hannaford Supermarkets before moving on to ChemRx pharmacy as a data entry operator. She then worked as a Medical Insurance Claims Processor for St. Peter's Health Partners before relocating to Colorado Springs, CO where she worked at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Sarah was an avid fan of Dave Matthew's Band. She loved photography, especially getting out in nature and taking pictures of sunsets and flowers. Sarah enjoyed simple things in life like taking walks and hiking.

She is survived by her mother Cheryle Caulford; siblings, Shannon "Sissy" McOmber (Kurt), Sean Connor (Cassie); her nephew, Sammy and her niece, Amelia "Moo". She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Sarah was predeceased by her grandmothers Joan Sorvari and Pat Caulford.

Calling Hours will be held from 5pm to 8pm on Friday, March 29, 2019 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205.

In lieu of flowers Sarah's family requests that donations be made to a charity of one's choosing.
