Sarah Connor

NISKAYUNA-Sarah A. "Sally" Connor, 83, of Westview Apartments, Saratoga Springs passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at her residence following an illness. Mrs. Connor was born in Albany the daughter of the late Harlan and Catherine Tobin Duncan. She had resided in Niskayuna for 56 years prior to living in Saratoga Springs for the past few years. Mrs. Connor received an Associate's Degree from LaSalle College in Auburndale, MA. After raising her family, she was employed as a receptionist at CHP in Latham for 15 years.
Mrs. Connor is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Robert J. Connor of Saratoga Springs. She is also survived by her four children Gary (Carol) Connor of Niskayuna, Kevin Connor of Ballston Lake, Linda (Bob) Fuller of Saratoga Springs and Amy (Don) Beck of Lynchburg, VA; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren and her sister Helena Nickerson of Manchester, CT.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 PM on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie.
A funeral service will be held at 11AM on Friday, November 2, 2012 at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Saratoga Springs, 179 Lawrence St. Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 in memory of Mrs. Connor.
