Sarah Forman, 41, passed away on November 3, 2023 in Albany, NY.
She was born in Albany on January 8, 1982 to Arthur and Susan Forman.
Sarah attended the Albany City and Coxsackie public schools. She worked at various janitorial services in the Albany area.
Sarah excelled in the culinary arts; her chicken marsala was "to die for". She embarked on a creative journey through writing and drawing, and had started a novel that reflected many experiences in her life, completing several chapters until her unexpected passing. Recently, she started doing etching of portraits, where she produced some impressive drawings.
Sarah was predeceased by her beloved fiancée, Roy Pearson.
She is survived by her daughter, Emily Baker; parents, Arthur and Susan Forman; sister, Katherine McLaughlin (James); niece and nephews, Abigail, Noah and Joshua McLaughlin.
Calling hours will be held at at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. on Friday, November 10, 2023 from 5-7PM.
