Scott Casabella

LATHAM- Scott F. Casabella, 21 passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2014 after a life long illness. He received his educational services at Center for Disabilities, Albany School for Humanities and completed his educational services from the North Colonie School District. Scott loved music, wind chimes and his family pets.
Scott is survived by his mother Sheri Mostar Casabella (Patrick Fagan) and his father Steven Casabella and his wife Suzanne Rose Casabella. He is also survived by his siblings Michael, Marissa and Aleecia Reinhart, maternal grandmother Edith Mostar and his aunt Susan L. Casabella.
Scott was predeceased by his maternal grandfather James Mostar and by his paternal grandparents Philip and Ruth Casabella.
A special thanks to Scott's lifelong caregivers and companions, nurses Rosemary Pannone and Megan Fields. Also thanks to Deidre, Karen, Teresa and all the staff at Central Nursing Services.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 PM on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie.
A funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, September 17 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation Northeastern NY in memory of Scott.
