NEW BALTIMORE – Scott J. Leclerc, 47, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2009 at his home.
Scott was born on July 31, 1962 in Bridgeport, CT. He served in the US Army. He was employed at Natural Stone Supply in Coeymans Hollow and was an artist at stone masonry. He enjoyed hiking, sailing and helping others.
Scott is survived by his beloved daughter, Emily Wood-Leclerc; the love of his life, Rhonda J. Wood; his mother, Nancy Lundberg Leclerc; his father, Gerard James Leclerc and his wife Sonya; his brothers, David Walkly Leclerc and Gerard Brent Leclerc and his wife Cheryl; his sisters, Denise G. Leclerc and Catherine M. Cohen and her husband Merrill; his nieces and nephews, Alexandra J. and Noah B. Leclerc, Trevor E. and Rebecca C. Nelson, and Caroline J. Cohen; his paternal grandmother, Charlotte Leclerc and his maternal grandmother, Mildred W. Lundberg. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Calling hours will be held prior to the service on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family at Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands.
