Sharon Lee Tenace

Sharon Lee Tenace, age 78, wife of Louis Wilfred Tenace Jr. of Schenectady, NY passed away surrounded by her loving family on February 20, 2025 at Ellis Hospital.

Born October 27, 1946 in Niskayuna, NY to Charles Myers and Ruth Van Patten Myers.

Sharon was an LPN and worked for St Clair’s Hospital and Eddy Services. She was a devout Mormon and raised her children in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Central Bridge, NY.

She is survived by her daughter, Libby Conboy and husband, Larry Conboy of Schenectady, NY; son, Louis C. Tenace and Lisa; son, Mark Tenace and wife, Michelle Tenace of Schenectady, NY. Sharon loved her grandchildren: Molly Tenace, Jonathan Tenace, Caelan Tenace, Aaron Tenace Renee Tenace and Addie Tenace . Sharon is predeceased by her oldest son, Richard Tenace.

Friends may call Monday, March 3, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12 Noon at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY. Interment will follow to Memory’s Garden, 983 Watervliet Shaker Road, Albany, NY.
