Shelley Carta (Rivers) passed away suddenly March 1, 2020. Shelley was the beloved mother of Anastasia, Brittany and Nicholas.
She is survived by her three brothers (Jonathan, Patrick and Brian), sister (Wendy) and two granddaughters (Giana and Alannah). She is also survived by her large extended family including numerous nieces and nephews.
Shelley will be remembered as kind, funny, generous, hardworking and above all a devoted mother. Please come share a memory and laugh with us as we celebrate her life.
The celebration will be held on Friday, March 6th at 6:30 pm at the Christ United Methodist Church, 35 State Street, Troy, NY 12180.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been created: the Shelley Carta Memorial Fund at Pioneer Bank in Guilderland.
