Shirley Kelly

East Greenbush- Shirley M. Kelly, age 99, died on Friday, May 26, 2017 at the Heritage House Nursing Center in Troy. Shirley Graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a B.S. in Education at the age of 20; she first taught in The Huntington Long Island School District, then in the East Greenbush Central Schools from 1953-1979. Shirley was the mother of Nancy Hershey, and the grandmother of Krista (Rick) Wells, Lisa (Roberto) Range, and Laura (Bill) Galvin, as well as a great-grandmother to Alexa, Elijah, Lucas, Sierra, and Alexander Roy. Interment next to her husband of 63 years, Donald C. Kelly will be private at Montrepose Cemetery in Kingston, NY.
