Shirley P. Rabideau

CLIFTON PARK – Shirley P. Rabideau, 84, of Clifton Park, formerly of Colonie, passed away suddenly on Christmas Day at Samaritan Hospital.
She was born in Altona, NY and was the daughter of the late Francis and Ruth Stone Light. Shirley, enjoyed camping, playing bingo and garage sales. She is the beloved mother of Pat LaVigne (Richard Case), Kenneth (Mary) Rabideau and Rick (Chris) Rabideau. Shirley is the sister of James (Ginger) Light and Beverly Elliott. She is the cherished grandmother of Bryan LaVigne, Kevin Tyle, Mary (Dave) Miaski, Rebecca, Scott, Kimberly and Ricky (Amanda) Rabideau Jr. Great grandmother of Breanna, Jordyn, Meadow, Laila, Anthony, William and Andrew. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Fredrick J. Rabideau.
Funeral services will be Monday morning at 8:30 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie then to St. Clare's Church at 9:00 where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours will be Sunday from 1 to 5 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation, One Mustang Drive, Cohoes, NY 12047 in memory of Shirley P. Rabideau.
