Sierra K. Berhaupt

Colonie— On Sunday, July 31, 2011, we lost a very beautiful person, Sierra Berhaupt, age 13.
Sierra was born in Albany, a daughter of Michael and Sheri Berhaupt. Sierra was the best, so loving and caring. She could put a smile on anyone's face and brighten up the whole room. She was an honor role student and was very attentive to her cousins and Sierra was always trying to find a way to make money. All the money she would make she would spend on her brothers and cousins. She was a little mother hen and loved to clean. She took care of her grandmother when she was sick and the family's only comfort is knowing that she is with her in heaven. She was the apple of her father's eye, very ambitious, up-beat, an even Steven and always had to be right. She will be in our hearts forever.
Sierra was predeceased by her grandmother, Holly Fyvie and grandfather, Richard Berhaupt Sr..
Survivors include her beloved parents, Sheri and Michael Berhaupt; loving brothers, Michael Jr. and Brian Berhaupt; grandfather, William Fyvie; grandmother, Jean Berhaupt; great-grandmother, Jean Ruth; many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Services will be held Saturday morning at 10 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. (Rt. 155 south of Central Ave.). Interment to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Friday evening from 4 to 8 PM.
