Stacey Lynn Swim, 43, of Brunswick, NY, passed away October 27, 2023 at Samaritan Hospital.
Born on September 26, 1980, she was the daughter of Richard (Doc) and Lynn (Quackenbush) Swim.
Stacey was a graduate of Guilderland HS and attended SCC. She was a member of the Brunswick Fire Co. No.1 support group. Stacey loved reading a good book, listening to music, watching baseball, football and Nascar, crafting, her beloved dog Belle, and most of all she loved her family.
Stacey was predeceased by her Grandparents John and Dorothy (Gates) Swim and Matthew and Jackie (McConnell) Quackenbush, uncles Bruce and Keith (Dawn) Swim and Cousin Christopher Premo.
Stacey leaves behind her best friend and love of her life, Jeffrey Alaskey. She is survived by her parents Richard (Doc) and Lynn (Quackenbush) Swim, her brother Bryan (Margarita) Swim, her precious nieces Kylie and Britney Swim, Alissa Avery, and great nephew E.J. Rosiak, uncles Christopher Swim, Matthew (Marlene) Quackenbush, aunts Debbie (George) Kelley, Margie (Mark) Premo and Nancy Gasorowski and several beloved cousins.
Friends and family may call on Friday November 3, 2023, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, from 4-7PM with a memorial service immediately following.
Internment will be private at St. Agnes Cemetery in Menands.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave. Menands, NY 12204.
