Stanley E. Zazycki

COLONIE- Stanley E. Zazycki, 49, of Colonie, passed away on Friday April 24, 2009 at his residence after a brief illness. He was born in Albany and was the son of the late Stephen and Mary Zazycki.
Stan was the Dietary Supervisor at Albany County Nursing Home for fifteen years where he had developed many dear friends and colleagues. He enjoyed cooking and was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan.
He was predeceased by his brother Robert, his niece Lydia and his brother in law Bill McCauslin.
Stan is the beloved husband of Linda McCauslin Zazycki. He is the stepfather of Bobby Lane and Kevin Lane. He is the brother of Richard (Penny Hill) Zazycki and Stephen (Debra) Zazycki. He is the brother in law of Kathleen Zazycki, Steven (Liz)McCauslin, James McCauslin, Robert (June)McCauslin, Debbie McCauslin and David (Carolyn) McCauslin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be Tuesday morning at 9:00 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie then to St. James Church at 10:00 where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours will be Monday from 5 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Stanley's name, may be made to Sisters of Mercy, 310 S. Manning Blvd. Albany, NY 12208 or Locks of Love, 234 Southern Blvd., West Palm Beach Fl. 33405 in memory of Lydia McCauslin.
