Stanley W. Prusinski

ALBANY – Stanley W. Prusinski, 83, of Albany, passed away on November 10, 2023.

A lifelong resident of Albany, Stanley was born a son of the late Walter and Josephine (Huderewicz) Prusinski.

He was employed for over thirty-eight years with the Albany Water Department retiring as a Senior Foreman in 1997. It was there he met his wife of forty-five years, Patricia.

After retirement from the City of Albany, Stanley worked part time with his wife, Patricia at St. James Institute and CCHS. He was a loving husband, father and Pop-pop who was devoted to his family. He loved fishing, gardening and country western music.

He was predeceased by his siblings, Jeanie, Walt, Kenny and Joey Prusinski.

Stanley is survived by his wife, Patricia (Davis) Prusinski; his son, Stanley E. (Ellie) Prusinski and his grandson, Stanley E. Prusinski, Jr., the love of his life. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with a funeral service to immediately follow at 12:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Glenmont.
