COLONIE – Stephan "Steve" Paszkowski, 46, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024 after a brief illness at St. Peter's Hospital, surrounded by his family.
He was born in Ludwigsburg, Germany on August 29, 1977 to Zygmunt and Helen (Lacko) Paszkowski and came to the United States in 1991.
He attended Blessed Sacrament, Albany High School and Hudson Valley Community College where he graduated with an Associate's Degree.
Stephan was predeceased by his father. He is survived by his mother and his sister, Fran Paszkowski. He is also survived by his extended family and his friends.
Visiting hours will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, March 29, 2024 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A funeral liturgy will be held on Saturday at 10:00am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Colonie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204.
