Stephen E. Swolak, 45, passed away August 29, 2015.
He was born in Niskayuna and raised in Upstate New York.
He is survived by his parents Linda Swolak Stockwell (Robert) and Peter J. Swolak (Joanne), sister Patricia Dugan (Joan), brother Peter Swolak (Lori), niece Natasha, several aunts, uncles and cousins, and dear friends Steve and Robin Manney and Justin Brownell.
Stephen loved motorcycle riding, mountain biking and hiking.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 3rd at 12:00 at New Comer
Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Albany, Calling hours will precede the service from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Inurnment will immediately follow the service in Memory Gardens.
