AVERILL PARK- Steven P. Ricci, 58, passed away on May 3, 2019 at St. Peter's Hospital after a brief illness.
He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Rhea Tannenbaum; his brother Chris Ricci; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was born in Manhattan, NY the son of the late Thomas and Carol Ricci.
Steve attended high school in Catskill, NY and received his Bachelor's degree from St. John Fisher College.
He was an accomplished photographer and an award winning humor writer. He also enjoyed writing poetry and drawing.
Relatives and friends are invited to his calling hour from 4-4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, NY 12189. A time to share memories will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his memory to your favorite charity.
