Sue Marincic

Sue Marincic, 54, passed away peacefully on Friday, Oct 05, 2012 at her Residence with her family and friends by her side. She was born on May 30, 1958 in Albany, NY to William and the late Neva Maier Stiffen. Sue was always a caregiver; she volunteered at the Circles of Mercy, Faith and Love Fellowship Food Pantry, started a youth group in Schenectady and was a member of the Capital Region Blue Star Mothers. She will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her father she is survived by her beloved Husband, William Marincic, her children Christopher Stiffen, Keith Caldwell, Chandra Marincic, Mike (Ashley) Caldwell and PFC Cassandra Parker. She is the cherished grandmother of Cameron, Alexis and Zachary. She is the sister of Robert (Kathy) Stiffen, Dawn (Mark) VanBrabant, William Stiffen, Jr., Mark Stiffen and Linda Cooper. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family would like to thank Teresa Bialobzeski and the staff at Schenectady County Hospice for all of their care and compassion given to Sue.

Funeral service for Sue will be Tuesday, Oct 09, 2012 at the New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie at 10:30am. Burial will follow in the Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends for calling hours on Monday, Oct 08, 2012 from 5 to 8 pm at the New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home.
