ALBANY - Susan A. McKeon-Karve, 43, passed away on Friday, March 23, 2012 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Susan was born on February 22, 1969 in Troy and is the daughter of Shelia B. (McMahon) McKeon and the late Timothy F. McKeon. She graduated with an Associate's degree (magna cum laude) in Fine Arts from The Sage Colleges. She was a marketing coordinator for Dembling & Dembling Architects in Albany.
Susan had been formerly associated with the Junior League of Troy, Green Bush Garden Club and Executive Women's Golf Association. Along with her husband, she is a joint shareholder of the Green Bay Packers Football Organization.
She enjoyed all types of creative arts including knitting, rubber stamping and card making. She also loved baking, gardening, skiing and beach walking.
In addition to her loving mother, Susan is survived by her loving husband of 3 years, Shridhar A. Karve; her mother-in-law Anuradha Karve; Arthur Kling and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Church, Third and Jackson Streets, Troy. Inurnment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Troy. There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to charities of your choice in memory of Susan A. McKeon-Karve.
