Susan M. Kehn

Susan M. Kehn (Hurley), of Cohoes, NY, passed away Wednesday January 8, 2025, comfortably in the presence of her children and grandchildren at Samaratain Hospital. Born April 20, 1944 to Herbert O. Kehn and Katherine M. Kehn. She was previously employed at Walmart in Troy NY when she retired. She was previously a member of the auxillary of Averill Park Fire Dept, and Albany Yacht Club. Through any obstacle that she experienced she kept a wonderful sense of humor and made people laugh. She enjoyed reading, word search and slipping snacks to her fur friend Prince. She is survived by her children, Jennifer (Alfred) Roberts, Micheal (Leslie) Hurley, Deborah (Daniel) Dyer. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Alysha and Michael Roberts, Eric (Caitlyn), Sara and Daniel Dyer; Sean and Sydney Hurley. She is also survived by her brother Thomas (Johanna) Kehn. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Herbert and Katherine Kehn. As Susan wished there will be a celebration of life in the spring, date and time TBD. The family would like to thank the PCU at Samaratain Hosptial, especially RN’s Gabby, Erika and Crystal for their compassionate care, as well as Katrina from Pallative Care at Samaratain making Susan’s transition dignified.
