COLONIE- Susan J. Mosher, 84, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 with her loving daughter by her side.
Susan was born in Albany, NY on July 10, 1932 to the late William Weaver and Mary Becker. Susan was a graduate of Voorheesville High School and after high school she married Ronald J. Mosher. They were married for over 50 years. Together they had two children. In 1958 Susan lost her oldest son, Ronald Jr., to Leukemia. After Ronald Jr.'s passing Susan made it her mission to advance the study of Leukemia and was very active in the Leukemia Society. Susan will be remembered for her love of knitting and crocheting. She will be greatly missed.
Susan is predeceased by her loving husband, Ronald J. Mosher, and her beloved son, Ronald J. Mosher Jr.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Linda(Philip) Mally, and her grandsons; Stephen and Raymond Mally.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 4:00pm-7:00pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 10:00am. Burial will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie, NY.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Susan's name to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 5 Computer Dr W Ste 100, Albany, NY 12205.
