COLONIE – Sylvester A. Criscone, 60, passed away on Wednesday, June 06, 2007, after a long illness. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Sylvester and Virginia Criscone. He lived in the Albany and Colonie area for all of his life. Mr. Criscone
was an avid hunter and fisherman and a proud N.Y. Yankees fan. He will fondly be remembered by his family and friends as The Italian Stallion, One Shot, Indian Lake Syl, Splash, and the sexiest man to ever walk in this place. Surviving are his children, Sylvester A. (Debbie) Criscone, III and Anthony A. Criscone; his fiancé, Susan Reinhart; his twin brother, Billy (Mary Lou) Criscone, his sisters, Nina (Tom) Schillinger and Virginia (Kris) Criscone and his grandchildren, Michael & Gianna Criscone. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews and his faithful canine companion, Shadow. "He did it his way."
Funeral services will be Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will precede the service from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
