Sylvia (Mcgrail) Bushie

Bethlehem-Sylvia (McGrail) Bushie passed peacefully on Saturday, June 4, 2022, in Palm Bay, FL, with family by her side.

Born in Albany, NY on July 7, 1929, Sylvia was the daughter of the late George A. McGrail and Ethel (Greene) McGrail. She lived her life as a devoted Wife, Mother and Friend. Many of her years were lived in South Bethlehem where she served as a member of the Selkirk Fire Dept. #3 Ladies Auxillary. Sylvia enjoyed camping at Thompsons Lake and later at Schroon Lake, traveling and Broadway shows. She was an avid reader and liked to try her luck with a scratch off (or two).

Sylvia is predeceased by her Husband of 60yrs, Harold W. Bushie Jr., her 9 siblings and her granddaughter Jessica. She is survived by two sons, John Bushie and Jess Bushie (Marie); two daughters, Frances Otten (Raymond) and Bonnie Topliffe (Denis). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Corey, Willie, David, Joshua, Ian, James, Joshua, Kyle, Nicholas, Cody and Cameron; 12 Great Grandchildren, 6 Great-Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
