COLONIE-Sylvia D. Morris, 83, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2018 surrounded by the love of her family.
She was born on January 19, 1935 daughter of the late Edward P. and Eva C. Flaetgen in Albany.
She was employed at St. Peter's Hospital for over 20 years, during her time there she worked as a Endoscopic Lab Attendant and Transportation Aide. Sylvia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her children, Frederick Morris, Jr. (Karen) and Debra Northrup (Robert); grandchildren, Elizabeth A. Morris (Peter), Cory Northrup, Kevin, Ryan, and Timothy Garabedian (Samantha); great-grandson, Calvin Garabedian.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 57 years, Frederick Morris, Sr. and her grandson, Christopher Northrup.
In keeping with her wishes all services will be private.
