ALBANY - Teresa Banach, 87, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at the Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing.
Teresa was born on September 27, 1936 in Zuromin, Poland and was the daughter of the late Franciszek and Henryka (Kostrzebskais) Zdzieblowska. She worked for over 30 years at Albany Medical Center before retiring. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
Teresa is survived by her loving sons, Andrew (Deanna) Banach and Michael (Kimberly) Banach; and her cherished grandchildren, Eric, Megan, Sarah, Kelly, Amanda, and Ryan. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Banach and several brothers.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
